It applies when you visit our website, use the app, create an account, start a free trial, subscribe to a plan, contact support, use trading automation features, connect third-party services, or interact with related Proteryx tools.

Also, we may collect your communication preferences, support requests, marketing preferences, message delivery status, and related interaction data.
3. Device, usage, and log information
When you visit Proteryx or use the app, technical systems may collect information about your browser, device, IP address, time zone, approximate location, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, timestamps, errors, logs, and how you interact with the service.
This information helps secure the platform, understand site performance, detect technical problems, measure usage, improve onboarding, and reduce fraud or abuse.
4. Billing, trial, and subscription information
When you start a trial, use a promo code, subscribe, renew, cancel, or update billing, we may collect subscription-related information such as plan type, checkout status, billing email, payment status, invoice history, renewal date, cancellation status, and tax or receipt details.
Payment card details are generally processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or another provider shown at checkout. As a result, Proteryx does not need to store full payment card numbers to manage your subscription.
5. Trading workflow and connected service data
If you connect tools or use trading workflow features, Proteryx may process data needed to operate those workflows. This may include broker connection metadata, account identifiers, authorization tokens, API connection status, alert messages, order-related settings, routing settings, copy trading settings, portfolio groups, bracket settings, position-related information, working order information, logs, and technical diagnostics.
For example, this information may help route alerts, display account summaries, support copy trading, show positions, process bracket settings, troubleshoot connection problems, and maintain platform reliability.
However, Proteryx does not provide trading signals, research, analysis, investment advice, or financial advice. Trading decisions and connected account settings remain your responsibility.

We use personal information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Proteryx. In addition, we use it to communicate with users, process subscriptions, provide support, and manage platform workflows.

Some records may be retained after account cancellation when required for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, security, or dispute purposes.
